Finally, PEE suppressed antigen-induced signal protein phosphorylation of Lyn, PLCγ2, PKC, Akt, and MAP kinases. Taken together, these results suggest that P. eryngii extract may provide insight into the prevention and treatment of allergic and inflammatory diseases.
