Abstract

The invention relates to a Chinese medicinal composition for treating cirrhosis ascites, which is prepared from the following Chinese medicinal constituents (by weight proportions): oriental wormwood, astragalus root each 50-60, white atractylodes rhizome, motherwort, root of red rooted saliva, oldenlandia, hairy vein agrimony, oriental water plantain rhizome, cogongrass rhizome each 30-40, decapetalous daesalpinia, polyporus umbellatus each 20-30, magnolia bark, areca catecha, haw, zedoary, Eupolyphaga Sinensis Walker and fruit of citron each 10-20.
