The invention discloses a medicament for treating cancer, which is prepared from pinellia tuber, arisaema tuber, polyporus umbellatus, anemarrhena rhizome, centipede, buthus martensi karsch, house lizard, arsenic trioxide, astragalus root, pilose asiabell root, barbat skullcap, oldenlandia, white atractylodes rhizome, rhizoma dioscoreae, Chinese actinidia root, black nightshade, Ligusticum wallichii, curcuma longa, trichosanthes anguina, Chinese angelica root and peach kernel through water grilling, producing relevant preparations through conventional processes such as concentration.
