Abstract

The invention relates to a Flammulina velutipes cultivation method lighting the brown color of Flammulina velutipes base, which includes preparing for compost, first-degree species and second-degree species of Flammulina velutipes, transfering the second-degree species to the compost under sterile conditions, germination culturing, and sporocarp appearing. The process of a method for sporocarp appearance is: first, Flammulina velutipes is transferred to sporocarp appearance shed after 28-30 days with a temperature of 8-15 DEG C, spraying water to the surface of the compost and then covering black plastic film on Flammulina velutipes second, the plastic is uncovered at times for ventilation and oxygen permeation third, the bud of fruit-body is harvested when the bud of fruit-body grows up to 13-15cm. The invention uses black plastic film of low-cost for Flammulina velutipes cultivation. Flammulina velutipes cultivated with the invention has light yellow base and mid-thick sporophore,contrasting with brown base and slender sporophore of conventional methods. The production is improved by 8-10%, accompanying with the improvement of the quality, commodity value and economic benefit of the product.
