Abstract

The invention discloses oral liquid of grey polypore which is rich in gastrodine and organic selenium and a process for preparation. Fresh gastrodia elata and bitter garlic are pre-processed, dried, and grinded by the invention, which take deep fermentation with grey polypore in powder shape to prepare oral solution which is rich in gastrodine, crude polysaccharide, and organic selenium. The process for preparation comprises first, culturing bacterial of a slant face of the grey polypore, second, culturing liquid seed, third, processing raw material which are gastrodia elata and bitter garlic, fourth, fermenting, fifth, post-treating products. In the oral liquid of the invention, the content of gastrodine is 2.2 to 2.8mg/100ml, the content of crude polysaccharide is 4.0 to 4.8mg/L, and the content of organic selenium is 0.11*10-6 to 0.21*10-6. Compared with the prior art, the oral liquid of the invention can play a stronger effect of anti-tumor and enhance human immunity, and inhibit and kill cancer cells without hurting normal cells of human bodies simultaneously, which can service for human health. The process of the invention can lead gastrodine, bitter garlic, and grey polypore to be fermented together to prepare oral solution which is rich in gastrodine, crude polysaccharide, and organic selenium, and the oral solution can be produced in large scale.
