Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a biological composite polysaccharide efficient nutrient solution. The invention comprises the steps of selecting a strain, preparing a nutrient, culturing a liquid spawn, generating a mycelium in a fermentor, filtrating the fermentation broth and generating the nutrient solution which is rich in microbial polysaccharide after concentration. The key of the invention lies in that the composite nutrient solution is made by mixing the mycelium culture medium extracted from the respective fermentor after deep fermentation of the following microbial strains after the above steps according to the following weight proportion: mythic fungus of 5 to 20 percent, aweto of 5 to 20 percent, poria of 5 to 15 percent, grey polypore of 5 to 15 percent, boletus of 5 to 15 percent, phellinus linteus of 5 to 10 percent, manyzoned polypore of 5 to 20 percent, mushroom of 6 to 20 percent, bailing of 5 to 10 percent mushroom and agaricus blazei strain of 5 to 20 percent. The nutrient solution is flask separated, sealed and sterilized under bacteria free environment to become the final product.
