Abstract

The invention discloses fungi nutriment suitable for middle aged people and the elder. The fungi nutriment is prepared from (wt%) flammulina velutipes superfine-powder 30-50, canoderma (ganoderma lucidum and/or ganoderma sinense) extract 5-10, flammulina velutipes extract 5-10, and cordyceps militaris superfine-powder 30-50. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the fungi nutriment, which comprises the following steps of (1) cleaning, drying and pulverizing the flammulina velutipes to obtain flammulina velutipes superfine-powder (2) cleaning, drying and pulverizing the Cordyceps militaris to obtain Cordyceps militaris superfine-powder and (3) weighing the flammulina velutipes superfine-powder, the flammulina velutipes extract, the ganoderma (ganoderma lucidum and/or ganoderma sinense) extract and the cordyceps militaris superfine-powder in proportion, and mixing to obtain the fungi nutriment. The inventive fungi nutriment has the effects of effectively controlling weight of the middle aged people and the elder, preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and delaying aging.
