Abstract

The invention relates to the production method of a fresh Hericium erinaceus whole-substance nutritive beverage, which is characterized in that the method can utilize the fruiting body resources of fresh Hericium erinaceus to acquire all substances contained in the entire Hericium erinaceus tissue as much as possible, in particular polysaccharide substances (including the cell content and the cell wall component), which can be completely liquefied and dissolved in water to form a uniform liquid with abundant nutrition. The fresh Hericium erinaceus beverage has high nutritive value, high functionality, soluble organic stage and natural and balanced ratio, and can be easily absorbed by human body.
