Abstract

The invention discloses a method for fermenting and culturing mycelia of Polyporus umbellatus by using fungi liquid, wherein the fungi is Grifola sp. GS-1 separated from the cave of wild Polyporus umbellatus sclerotium and subjected to artificial domestication and selection. The GS-1 liquid fermentation product is added into a liquid fermentation culturing base of Polyporus umbellatus to achieve fermentation and culture of Polyporus umbellatus mycelia, thus improving the output of Polyporus umbellatus mycelia and improving polysaccharide content. The method has the advantages of high output of Polyporus umbellatus mycelia, high content of polysaccharide in Polyporus umbellatus mycelia, simple operation and low cost, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
