Abstract

An injection for reducing drug dependence consists of tetrodotoxin (TTX) separated from puffer fish and flammulina velutipes polysaccharide, the TTX and polysaccharide are mixed according to the prescribed ratio and prepared with sterile water, after filtration sterilization with a microporous membrane, nitrogen charge, vacuuming and tube sealing, an injection is made. The injection can reduce the drug dependence of more than 80% of drug addicts on alkaloid addictive drugs and repair the injured immunologic function and sexual function, thus the injection is a good rehabilitation medicine.
