Abstract

A lucidum peanut drink and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of drink containing lucidum and peanut. The technical problem needed to be solved is to provide a lucidum peanut drink containing a plurality of nutrition components. The technical scheme for solving the technical problem is as follows: the components of the lucidum peanut drink are lucidum, peanut, milk powder, caterpillar fungus, ginseng, phellinus linteus and water. The preparation method thereof comprises working procedures as follows: manufacturing the water extraction of lucidum, phellinus linteus, ginseng and water preparing the slurry of the peanut, mixing the slurry and adding the milk powder. The invention is applied to prepare the lucidum peanut drink. The lucidum peanut drink has the beneficial effect of comprising the nutrition components like lucidum amylase, a plurality of microelements and amino acid that are beneficial to the health of a human body, thus being capable of enhancing the immunity of the human body and preventing diseases.
