Abstract

The present invention relates to polysaccharide solution of phellinus linteus and ganoderma lucidum, and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of health-care preparation containing raw materials. The polysaccharide solution contains a plurality of types of nutrients. In the technical proposal, the polysaccharide solution comprises the ingredients of the following weight ratio: the ratio of phellinus linteus, ganoderma lucidum, radix salviae, semen coicis and water is equal to (40 to 50) to (5 to 7) to (3 to 5) to (3 to 5) to 100. The preparation method comprises (a), crushing (b), waterlogging and (c), filtering and arranging statically. The polysaccharide solution can be used for health care, contains rich selenium, polysaccharide, a plurality of trace elements, vitamins and amino acids, and has the functions of protecting liver, preventing cancer and slowing aging, so as to lead to the longevity of human beings.
