Inonotus obliquus
Key points
- The invention discloses a method for preparing liquid medium of medicinal fungus inonotus obliquus submerged fermentation mycelia
- The liquid medium is made by the raw materials, such as birch sawdust, wheat bran, glucose, maltose, peptone, vitamin B1, yeast extract, KH2PO and MgSO4
- The weight percentage of the materials is as follows: 10 to 20 percent of glucose, 0 to 20 percent of maltose, 0 to 5 percent of peptone, 0 to 5 percent of yeast extract, 0 to 0.5 percent of KH2PO, 0 to 0.3 percent of MgSO4, 40 to 80 percent of birch sawdust, and 10 to 30 percent of wheat bran
- The formulating method of the invention includes a preparation method of birch sawdust juice, a preparation method of wheat bran juice and a mixing method of various raw materials
- The medium prepared from the method is used for inonotus obliquus, each component of the mycelium obtained from submerged fermentation of the inonotus obliquus is essentially consistent with that of the sclerotium of wild inonotus obliquus, and the content of sterols functional component is much higher than that of sclerotium of wild inonotus obliquus

Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing liquid medium of medicinal fungus inonotus obliquus submerged fermentation mycelia. The liquid medium is made by the raw materials, such as birch sawdust, wheat bran, glucose, maltose, peptone, vitamin B1, yeast extract, KH2PO and MgSO4. The weight percentage of the materials is as follows: 10 to 20 percent of glucose, 0 to 20 percent of maltose, 0 to 5 percent of peptone, 0 to 5 percent of yeast extract, 0 to 0.5 percent of KH2PO, 0 to 0.3 percent of MgSO4, 40 to 80 percent of birch sawdust, and 10 to 30 percent of wheat bran. The formulating method of the invention includes a preparation method of birch sawdust juice, a preparation method of wheat bran juice and a mixing method of various raw materials. The medium prepared from the method is used for inonotus obliquus, each component of the mycelium obtained from submerged fermentation of the inonotus obliquus is essentially consistent with that of the sclerotium of wild inonotus obliquus, and the content of sterols functional component is much higher than that of sclerotium of wild inonotus obliquus.
