Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing mother culture medium of medicinal fungus inonotus obliquus. The medium is made from raw materials, such as birch sawdust juice, maltose, glucose, peptone, glutamic acid and agar gel. The weight percentage of the raw materials is as follows: 10 to 50 percent of maltose, 5 to 40 percent of glucose, 0 to 40 percent of peptone, 0 to 1 percent of glutamic acid, 10 to 40 percent of agar gel and the rest is birch sawdust juice. The preparation method of the invention includes a preparation method of birch sawdust juice, an addition method of maltose, glucose, peptone, glutamic acid and agar gel, the sterilization and preparation of media slant used for mother culture production of inonotus obliquus. The medium can satisfy the nutritional requirements for the mycelia growth of inonotus obliquus and the inonotus obliquus mycelia can grow vigorously on the medium.
