Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing production strain medium of medicinal fungus inonotus obliquus. The medium is made from raw materials, such as birch sawdust, corncob, soybean flour, wheat bran, lime and plaster. The weight percentage of the raw materials is as follows: 10 to 78 percent of birch sawdust, 5 to 30 percent of corncob, 0 to 20 percent of wheat bran, 0 to 8 percent of soybean flour, 0 to 3 percent of lime and 0 to 3 percent of plaster. The preparation method of the invention includes a mixing preparation method of birch sawdust, corncob, soybean flour, wheat bran, lime and plaster, control of water content, sterilization and preparation of plastic bag medium used for growth of inonotus obliquus production strain. The medium can satisfy nutritional requirements for mycelia growth of inonotus obliquus and the nutritional condition of each raw material ratio of the medium is is helpful to produce inonotus obliquus sclerotium.
