Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing flammulina velutipes polysaccharide with simple operation and low equipment investment, which comprises the following process procedures: activating a slant strain, shaking culture of seeds, submerged fermentation in liquid, continuous fermentation, separation by an ultrafiltration membrane, condensation and alcohol precipitation.
