Formulating method of inonotus obliquus sclerotium generation revulsant

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparing method of an inducer for promoting the generation of sclerotia by artificially cultivating inonotus obliquus belonging to medicinal fungi. The method adopts indoleacetic acid, Alpha-naphthylacetic acid, 2, 4-dichlorphenoxyacetic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, magnesium sulphate, urea and the leaching solution of the inonotus obliquus as raw materials which comprise the component contents as follows: 5 to 200mg/L of indolylacetic acid, 10 to 100mg/L of Alpha-naphthylacetic acid, 0 to 50mg/L of 2, 4-dichlorphenoxyacetic acid, 0 to 10mg/L of vitamin B1, 0 to 15mg/L of vitamin B6, 0 to 0.2mg/L of magnesium sulphate, 0 to 9mg/L of urea and 5 to 28 percent of leaching solution of the inonotus obliquus. The preparing method comprises the preparation of the leaching solution of the inonotus obliquus and the mixing method of the raw materials of indoleacetic acid, Alpha-naphthylacetic acid, 2, 4-dichlorphenoxyacetic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, magnesium sulphate and urea and after the filtering of the prepared solution, the sclerotia generation inducer of the inonotus obliquus used for promoting the generation of sclerotia of the inonotus obliquus is obtained. The inducer can effectively promote the forming rate of the sclerotia by artificially cultivating the inonotus obliquus and shorten the generation time of sclerotia.
