Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of nutrient fluid used for accelerating the growing speed of sclerotia and increasing the density of functional components in the sclerotia after spraying during the sclerotia forming stage of artificially cultivating inonotus obliquus which belongs to medicinal fungi. The method adopts the leaching solution of birchen sawdust, glucose, urea, KDP, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, gibberellin, boric acid, vitamin B1 as raw materials which comprise the following component contents by percentage: 20 to 40 percent of birchen sawdust, 20 to 45 percent of glucose, 10 to 35 percent of urea, 15 to 30 percent of KDP, 0 to 4 percent of magnesium sulfate, 0 to 2 percent of zinc sulfate, 0 to 1 percent of gibberellin, 0 to 5 percent of boric acid and 0.5 to 3 percent of vitamin B1. The preparation method comprises the preparation method of the leaching solution of the birchen sawdust and the mixing method of the raw materials of glucose, urea, KDP, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, gibberellin, boric acid and vitamin B1 according to proportions so as to obtain the nutrient fluid used for the growing of sclerotia of the inonotus obliquus.
