Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting polysaccharides from medical epiphyte-fuscoporia obliqua, which comprises the step that: fuscoporia obliqua cells are crushed by ultrasonic wave, extracted by hot water, precipitated by frozen ethanol, salted out by ammonium sulfate, dialyzed by a semi-transparent film, sprayed, dried and other processes to obtain the high-purity polysaccharides of the fuscoporia obliqua finally. The extracting method of the invention comprises the methods of ultrasonic wave wall breaking to the raw materials, hot water extracting of the raw material, precipitating the polysaccharides by frozen ethanol for separation, salting-out the polysaccharides by ammonium sulfate for separation, spraying and drying, thereby obtaining high-purity fuscoporia obliqua polysaccharides.
