Abstract

The invention relates to an edible coralloid Hericium erinaceus and a cultivation method thereof, and belongs to an imitating wild edible fungus and a cultivation method thereof. The invention is characterized in that the collection number of the edible fungus in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center(CGMCC) is CGMCC No.2376, and the collection data is Feb. 26, 2008.
