Abstract

The invention provides a cultivation material pre-treatment process for Pleurotus eryngii industrial cultivation, which comprises the steps of selecting cultivation materials, proportioning, mixing, charging, compacting, punching, putting on bottle cap and sterilizing also comprises the steps of: passing water vapor with temperature of 140-160 degrees centigrade for 5-15 seconds after punching to heat the material to 80-100 degrees centigrade, thereby, the initial competitor bacterium colony amount in the cultivation material is reduced. Thus, the invention can shorten sterilization time, save cost, and avoids the cultivation material acetification in the period of waiting for sterilization.
