Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of grifola frondosa compost which comprises the following components by weight percent: 45 percent to 55 percent of cotton seed hulls, 4 percent to 12 percent of soybean cake, 3 percent to 9 percent of corn flour, 4 percent to 12 percent of corncob, 3 percent to 9 percent of rice bran powder, 8 percent to 12 percent of soya bean stem meal, 3 percent to 11 percent of dry human excrement, 1 percent to 3 percent of ultra-phospho potash complex fertilizer, 0.5 percent to 1 percent of gypsum, 0.5 percent to 1 percent of lime, 0.5 percent to 1 percent of miconazole nitrate dilution and 0.5 percent to 1 percent of oxygen increasing powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking and mixing the cotton seed hulls, the soybean cake, the corn flour, the corncob, the rice bran powder, the soya bean stem meal and the dry human excrement together according to the proportion pouring into a pulverizer to be pulverized into particles of about 120 meshes taking the particles out of the pulverizer, and then adding the ultra-phospho potash complex fertilizer, the gypsum, the lime, the miconazole nitrate dilution and the oxygen increasing powder to the particles according to the proportion pouring into a stirrer to be stirred for 80 minutes taking out of the stirrer, and adding water according to the proportion of 1:1.5 to 1:1.8 and evenly stirring and fermenting in a pile for 8 hours to prepare qualified compost.
