Abstract

The invention relates to a hericium erinaceus instant drink and preparation method thereof, wherein the formulation is characterized in that the hericium erinaceus instant drink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15 percent of hericium erinaceus extract, 35 percent of maltodextrin, 10 percent of white granulated sugar, 10 percent of oligosaccharide, 8 percent of fruit sugar, 2 percent of licorice extract, 8 percent of powdered oil, 10 percent of instant green tea powder, 0.6 percent of citric acid, 0.4 percent of anticaking agent, 0.6 percent of vanillic aldehyde, and 0.4 percent of coconut milk essence. The technical scheme is that the method comprises the following steps: after pretreatment, performing the process of stir-frying with honey, extraction, concentration, solution preparation and spray drying on the raw materials evenly mixing the raw materials with an auxiliary material granulating and drying the mixture and finally, packaging the product according to selling requirements. The hericium erinaceus instant drink allows people to eat hericium erinaceus more conveniently, and can improve the immunity, assist stomach nourishing, promote enterogastric peristalsis and prevent constipation through regular drinking.
