Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing an original seed of flammulina velutipes by raw rice and scandent hop. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, pulverizing scandent hop intothe shape of coarse powder, then mixing raw rice, scandent hop powder, bran and gypsum powder proportionally, adding lime water into the materials, stirring, fermenting, bottling or bagging, sterilizing, inoculating and managing. The growth of the hypha of the strain of the flammulina velutipes cultivated by the method is vigorous, and the method has quick fungus propagation, low cost and high mushroom yield and is a good method worthy of popularization.
