Tremella fuciformis
Key points
- The invention relates to a tremella fuciformis drying process
- The drying process is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) cleaning tremella fuciformis, putting the tremella fuciformis in dishes, draining water in the tremella fuciformis and feeding the tremella fuciformis into lifting cages in a dryer from a side door at the front end of a drying cabinet, wherein each lifting cage accommodates a plurality of dishes of tremella fuciformis 2) conveying the lifting cages by using a double-chain conveyor, keeping the outlet temperature of a warm-air pipe during drying be 80 DEG C, and drying the tremella fuciformis with vertical airstreams of the warm-air pipe, wherein a period is calculated from the feeding of one dish of tremella fuciformis into the dryer to the drying of the tremella fuciformis until the tremella fuciformis has a water ratio of less than or equal to 8 percent and a programmable logic controller (PLC) program is used for controlling the drying process by adjusting the running speed of chains, and monitoring the temperature and humidity of a wet and dry bulb meter at the same time 3) discharging the dried tremella fuciformis out of a furnace from one side of the side door at the front end and feeding new tremella fuciformis at the same time to start the drying process in another period and 4) conveying the finished products to a workshop for detection, grading and packaging
- The process has the advantages of achieving nontoxic and aseptic production easily, reducing pollution and the rate of damage caused by manual contact, effectively increasing the output of the tremella fuciformis, saving occupied area and reducing energy consumption

Abstract
The invention relates to a tremella fuciformis drying process. The drying process is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) cleaning tremella fuciformis, putting the tremella fuciformis in dishes, draining water in the tremella fuciformis and feeding the tremella fuciformis into lifting cages in a dryer from a side door at the front end of a drying cabinet, wherein each lifting cage accommodates a plurality of dishes of tremella fuciformis 2) conveying the lifting cages by using a double-chain conveyor, keeping the outlet temperature of a warm-air pipe during drying be 80 DEG C, and drying the tremella fuciformis with vertical airstreams of the warm-air pipe, wherein a period is calculated from the feeding of one dish of tremella fuciformis into the dryer to the drying of the tremella fuciformis until the tremella fuciformis has a water ratio of less than or equal to 8 percent and a programmable logic controller (PLC) program is used for controlling the drying process by adjusting the running speed of chains, and monitoring the temperature and humidity of a wet and dry bulb meter at the same time 3) discharging the dried tremella fuciformis out of a furnace from one side of the side door at the front end and feeding new tremella fuciformis at the same time to start the drying process in another period and 4) conveying the finished products to a workshop for detection, grading and packaging. The process has the advantages of achieving nontoxic and aseptic production easily, reducing pollution and the rate of damage caused by manual contact, effectively increasing the output of the tremella fuciformis, saving occupied area and reducing energy consumption.
