Abstract

The invention discloses a method for fast generating sclerotium of morchella esculenta. In the method, (1) cooked wheat is fished out and drained, and is put in a glass bottle, and the cooked wheat is sterilized for 30 to 40 min under the conditions that the temperature is 121 to 126 DEG C, and pressure is 0.12 to 0.15 MPa after the glass bottle is covered with a cotton plug (2) in the glass bottle cooked wheat after sterilization and cooling, original PDA strain of morchella esculenta is inoculated, the glass bottle is covered with the cotton plug and is put in an incubator of 25 DEG C, and the original PDA strain of morchella esculenta is incubated for 25 to 30 d at illumination of 100 lx and (3) the glass bottle is tightly covered with the cotton plug after being basically full of mycelia of morchella esculenta, the glass bottle is put in an incubator of 15 DEG C for incubating for 10 to 15 d at dark light, and a huge amount of sclerotium of morchella esculenta is generated. In the invention, a huge amount of high-quality sclerotium of morchella esculenta can be fast generated, and the sclerotium of morchella esculenta has the advantages of hard texture, golden color and strong regeneration capacity. The sclerotium of morchella esculenta can be directly used as cultivated species, and can also be used as protospecies for propagation.
