Abstract

The invention relates to method for stimulating and controlling the environmental factors for the growth of Pleurotus eryngii and for promoting and inducing the Pleurotus eryngii mycelium to produce and accumulate triterpenoid. By controlling different light medium, lighting time, time difference variation, humidity variation and the content of carbon dioxide to stimulate and induce the Pleurotus eryngii mycelium to produce and accumulate the triterpenoid. The content of the triterpenoid in the obtained Pleurotus eryngii mycelium reaches 3.1 to 4.6 percent.
