Abstract

The invention belongs to a method for cultivating pleurotus eryngii by utilizing bagasse, including the following steps: material processing, burdening, packaging, sterilizing, inoculating, cultivation and fruiting management. The invention utilizes scientific matching and processing of bagasse and wood dust as well as other auxiliary material, the produced pleurotus eryngii has round shape, good quality, concentrate flush and high yield and has no obvious difference compared with the method for producing pleurotus eryngii by utilizing cottonseed shell as raw material. The invention has the following advantages: cost is low, bagasse is waste, cost is about 0.1-0.2 Yuan/kg (cost of cottonseed shell is about 1.0 Yuan/kg) formula is scientific, addition of hard wood dust realize good quality and high yield of pleurotus eryngii body local materials are used, local abundant raw material resource is fully utilized, waste material is changed into things of value, thus being applicable to domestic production and mass production of pleurotus eryngii.
