Abstract

The invention discloses mushroom concentrated liquid and drink containing beta-glucan, which is liquid type health-care drink prepared by mixing 5-50 percent of concentrated extract liquid of nine mushrooms of birch mushroom, phellinus linteus, ganoderma lucidum, grifola frondosa, hericium erinaceum, shiitake mushroom, sparasis crispa(Wulf)Fr., pine mushroom and aweto, 1.6-3 percent of sugar or sugar alcohol, 2.0-3.5 percent of honey, 0.5-0.8 percent of syrup and 0.01-0.03 percent of acid with water till 500ml. The drink is easy to be internally digested and absorbed by a human body, can improve the immunity resisting ability of the human body, and has the advantages of rich nutrition, enhancement and improvement of human immunity, virus resistance, fungus resistance, reduction of blood sugar, stimulation of hematopoiesis, reduction of cholesterin, reduction of blood lipid, aging resistance and the like, and can be used as a novel health-care type drink. The invention further discloses a method for preparing the mushroom concentrated liquid and drink containing delta-dextran.
