Abstract

The invention relates to a process for preparing edible glycoconjugates from natural fungus through fermentation, which has the functions of AIDS virus resistance, antineoplastic and adjusting immunity system, comprising the steps of, liquid submerged cultuse of the polyporus frondosus, cytoclasis, hot-water leaching, removing protein, or fractional precipitation by alcohol and removing protein, decolorizing, desalinizing, and column purification.
