Abstract

Disclosed are Pleurotus eryngii industrialized culture material and preparation process thereof, wherein the culture material comprises wood flour 40-50%, maize core 13-23%, rice bran 30-40%, and water-loss reducer 1-3%, the preparation process comprises the steps of watering, stirring, adding rice bran and water-loss reducer, re-stirring, and bottling.
