Abstract

A nutritive tablet with complete nutrients, high protein content and low contents of saccharide and cholesterol is prepared proportionally from Auricularia auricula-judae through removing impurities, colloidal grinding, freeze-drying, proportionally mixing it with the power of marine spirulina, and die pressing.
