Abstract

The invention is related to a cultivating technology of anti-season pholiota nameko which comprises the following steps, (1) preparing culture medium: mixing broad-leaved granule wood dust 50%, fine wood flour 10%, maize core or bean stalk 20%, wheat bran or rice bran 19%, calcium sulphate 1%, string and watering till the water content reaches 60-65%, (2) sterilizing, (3) inoculating, (4) spawn running management, (5) fruiting management.
