The invention relates to a beauty treatment face mask and process for preparation, wherein the mask comprises the following Chinese medicinal raw materials (by weight ratio): ginseng 0.5-1.5 parts, licorice root 1-7 parts, mung bean 3-9 parts, white-stiff silkworm 1-7 parts, peppermint 0.5-5 parts, ledebouriella root 0.5-1.5 parts, Ligusticum sinense 0.5-1.5 parts, polyporus umbellatus 0.5-1.5 parts, root of Chinese trichosannthes 3-9 parts, and ampelopsis root 1-7 parts.
