Abstract
The invention relates to a process for preparing Pholiota nameko bag tea, which consists of comminuting with crushing machine of 60-200 mesh sieve meshes, packaging with cloth bags, steam sterilizing under high pressure of 1.000-2.110X10 Pa, and temperature of 120-135 deg.
