Abstract

The present invention provides one kind of crossbred Pleurotus eryngii strain with bowling ball shaped fruiting body and in the preservation number of CGMCC No. 1821 and its breeding process. The breeding process includes adopting No. 10 Pleurotus eryngii strain and No. 13 Pleurotus eryngii strain as parent strains, single spore separation of the parent strains, selecting mononuclear hypha for culturing and pairing screening and culturing new crossbred Pleurotus eryngii strain and other steps. The crossbred Pleurotus eryngii strain is one excellent strain with bowling ball shaped fruiting body, high fruiting body yield, great fruiting body weight, thick meat and short stipe, and possesses excellent application foreground.
