Abstract

A health-care black-bone chicken with tonic function is proportionally prepared from black-bone chicken, ginseng, jujube, fresh winter mushroom, wolfberry fruit and tremella through boiling black-bone chicken in water for 30-50 min, adding others, boiling for 30-50 min, adding flavouring, and cooling.
