The invention relates to a Chinese medicament for treating gout and process for preparation, wherein the medicament is prepared from poria cocos, polyporus umbellatus, oriental water plantain rhizome, white atractylodes rhizome and cassia twig through steps of mixing raw materials, extracting with water, concentrating into grease form extract, charging auxiliary materials containing lactose and starch gum.
