Abstract

The health-promoting properties of mushrooms are associated with bioactive natural compounds such as polysaccharides and polyphenols. Anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties of edible white button mushroom (WBM) and medicinal Turkey Tail mushroom (TT) were investigated.
