Abstract

Provided are a soy sauce of traditional oriental medicine having anticancer effect, fatigue recovery, immunity augmentation, and a method for preparing the soy sauce by heating medicinal herbs including a young antlers of the deer, ginseng steamed red, Phellinus linteus, and vegetable worms in water, and extracting active ingredients from the medicinal herbs. The soy sauce of traditional oriental medicine comprises 20-40 wt% of medicinal herbs extracts prepared by heating a young antlers of the deer, ginseng steamed red, Phellinus linteus, and vegetable worms in water 25-40 wt% of extracts of natural seasoning prepared by heating anchovy, kelp, cheonggukjang, and raisins in water and 20-40 wt% of ordinary soy sauce.
