Abstract

Rubus coreanus Miq. wine made with medicated mushrooms and herbs and a preparation method thereof is provided to reduce fermentation time of Rubus coreanus Miq. wine, and enhance novel taste and flavor, and medicinal effects of Rubus coreanus Miq. wine by adding medicated mushrooms and herbs. The method for preparing the Rubus coreanus Miq. wine made with medicated mushrooms and herbs comprises the steps of: diluting 95% alcohol with water to regulate alcohol concentration to 40%, and adding active carbon into the alcohol to prepare purified liquor of 40% alcohol concentration extracting Phellinus linteus, shiitake mushroom, Ganoderma lucidum, Paecilomyces japonica and Agaricus blazei murrill with hot water fermenting Rubus coreanus Miq., mixing fermented Rubus coreanus Miq. with mushroom extracts, and fermenting the mixture to prepare fermented Rubus coreanus Miq. solution extracting medicinal herbs with hot water mixing fermented Rubus coreanus Miq. solution, purified alcohol, water, medicinal herb extract, citric acid, aspartame and caramel, regulating alcohol concentration of the mixture to 16%, and filtering the mixture, wherein the medicinal herbs include Paeoniae Radix, Mentha arvensis L., Astragalus membranaceus (FISCH) Bunge, Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH, Angelica gigas Nakai, Agstache rugosa O. KTZE, Cnidium officinale, Zingiber officinale rhizome, Rehmannia preparata Libosch, Prunus mume SIEB., cinnamon, Euphoria longan STEUD., Atractyodis Rhizoma, jujube, Citrus unshiu MARKOVICH., Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH. and Amomum xanthioides Wallich.
