SULFUR MUSHROOM CULTIVATION METHOD

Abstract

Provided is a method for cultivating sulfur mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) to allow the sulfur useful to the human body to be taken in easily when mushroom is taken in. The method comprises the steps of diluting 12 kg of the sulfur where bismuth and heavy metals are removed in 12 L of the water boiling at a temperature of 114 deg.C or more for 5 min to prepare a first sulfur diluted solution, and mixing the first sulfur diluted solution with 500 L of water at 20 deg.C to prepare a second sulfur diluted solution mixing 520 L of the second sulfur diluted solution with 900 L of water, and spraying the obtained solution to 1,600 kg of the dry medium which comprises 35-40 wt% of corn cob, 25-30 wt% of sawdust, 25 wt% of rice bran, 8 wt% of wheat husks and 0.7 wt% of calcium carbonate and has a water content of 20-25 %, to prepare a wet medium having a water content of 69% and cultivating Pleurotus eryngii by using the wet medium.
