Abstract
A mixture mycelium extract of Tremella Fuciformis and Hypoxylon sp. is provided to promote the differentiation of neuronal cell by acting like a nerve growth factor, thereby being applied to develop health functional foods and medicines. The health functional food composition for promoting neuronal cell differentiation comprises a mixture mycelium extract of Tremella Fuciformis and Hypoxylon sp. or an extract of the mixture mycelium culture as an effective ingredient, where the culture is performed in a cereal culture medium.
