METHOD GROWING EDIBLE MUSHROOM

Abstract

A method for growing edible mushroom is provided to cultivate Phellinus linteus or Sparassis Crispa in material lumber or sawdust, and mix the material lumber or sawdust and a hypha extract with a culture medium culturing the edible mushroom such as agaric, Pleurotus eryngii, and Flammulina velutipes. The beta-glucan activates the immunity of cell tissue and inhibits the proliferation and recurrence of cancer cells. A method for growing edible mushroom comprises the steps of: preparing a by-product by pulverizing material lumber into sawdust in case of cultivating medicinal mushroom in the material lumber, or by removing sawdust from a culture bottle and sorting out uniform sawdust in case of cultivating the medicinal mushroom in the sawdust culture medium preparing a hypha extract by adding wheat bran containing saccharide into a stainless container, sterilizing it, inoculating medicinal mushroom spawn, culturing the mushroom spawn partially, and extracting the hypha and growing edible mushroom by mixing the sawdust formed in the first step and the hypha extract formed in the second step with culture medium sawdust, putting the mixture in a culture bottle, sterilizing it in a sterilizer, cooling it in an aseptic room, inoculating edible mushroom spawn on it, culturing the edible mushroom spawn in a culture room, and then growing the edible mushroom in a cultivation room.
