METHOD FOR PREPARATION HERB COMPOSITION FOR PROMOTION OF HAIR-GROWING

Abstract

A method for preparing a herb composition is provided to obtain the herb composition able to prevent hair loss and promote hair growth without side effects due to being made of harmless herb medicinal ingredients. A method for preparing a herb composition for promoting hair growth comprises the steps of: (a) after treating a mixture of 1-10 wt.% of Phellinus linteus and 90-99 wt.% of water in a vacuum clay pot under no pressure for 20-30 hours, filtering it to obtain an extract of Phellinus linteus (b) after mixing 40-50 wt.% of the extract of Phellinus linteus, 2-10 wt.% of at least three herb medicines selected from the group consisting of Panax ginseng, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Angelica dahurica, Biota orientalis Leaves, Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Sophora flavescens, Carthamus tinctorius, Acorus gramineus, Morus alba L., Glycyrrhiza uralensis, pine needles and Rubus Coreanus and 40-50 wt.% of water and treating it in an extraction clay pot for 2-4 hours, filtering it to prepare a crude drug extract (c) ripening a mixture of 60-80 wt% of the crude drug extract and 20-40 wt.% of ethanol at room temperature for more than 2 weeks and (d) filtering the ripened crude drug extract to obtain supernatant therefrom.
