  • A culture solution of mushroom hyphae, its preparation method, and its use are provided to produce functional foods, medical supplies and cosmetics by using a medicinal herb mixture consisting of Angelica keiskei, Houttuynia cordata Thunberg, and Saururus chinensis as a substrate for mushroom hyphae
  • A culture solution of mushroom hyphae is prepared by the steps of: (a) mixing Angelica keiskei, Houttuynia cordata Thunberg, and Saururus chinensis, and preparing a substrate for mushroom hyphae with 30~50wt.pt. of the mixed medicinal herbs and (b) inoculating 3~7%(v/w) of mushroom hyphae into the prepared substrate, and culturing them at a temperature of 25~32 DEG C and a pH of 5.0~6.0 for 30~40days
  • The mushroom comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus, Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler, Agaricus blazei Murill, Inonotus Obliquus, Auricularia auricula-judae, Tricholoma matsutake, and Grifola frondosa
  • In the step (a), the weight ratio of Houttuynia cordata Thunberg and Saururus chinensis is 25~75:75~25, based on 100wt.pt. of Angelica keiskei
  • In the step (b), the water content of the culture medium is adjusted to 1.5~2.5 times as much as the weight of the substrate
  • The culture solution of mushroom hyphae is used as an effective ingredient of healthful/cosmetic foods for the improvement of skin or the prevention of skin diseases

Abstract

A culture solution of mushroom hyphae, its preparation method, and its use are provided to produce functional foods, medical supplies and cosmetics by using a medicinal herb mixture consisting of Angelica keiskei, Houttuynia cordata Thunberg, and Saururus chinensis as a substrate for mushroom hyphae. A culture solution of mushroom hyphae is prepared by the steps of: (a) mixing Angelica keiskei, Houttuynia cordata Thunberg, and Saururus chinensis, and preparing a substrate for mushroom hyphae with 30~50wt.pt. of the mixed medicinal herbs and (b) inoculating 3~7%(v/w) of mushroom hyphae into the prepared substrate, and culturing them at a temperature of 25~32 DEG C and a pH of 5.0~6.0 for 30~40days. The mushroom comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus, Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler, Agaricus blazei Murill, Inonotus Obliquus, Auricularia auricula-judae, Tricholoma matsutake, and Grifola frondosa. In the step (a), the weight ratio of Houttuynia cordata Thunberg and Saururus chinensis is 25~75:75~25, based on 100wt.pt. of Angelica keiskei. In the step (b), the water content of the culture medium is adjusted to 1.5~2.5 times as much as the weight of the substrate. The culture solution of mushroom hyphae is used as an effective ingredient of healthful/cosmetic foods for the improvement of skin or the prevention of skin diseases.
