Abstract

A mixed composition containing Curcuma root extract is provided to show a liver protective effect and an antihypertensive efficacy by mixing sprouted brown rice, Phellinus linteus, curry powder, milk thistle and Curcuma root extract. A mixed composition containing Curcuma root extract comprises 0.1-20 parts of Curcuma root extract, 1-30 parts of Curcuma root powder, 5-40 parts of pure curry, 1-10 parts of curry powder, 10-60 parts of sprouted brown rice flour, 0.5-10 parts of Phellinus linteus, 0.5-10 parts of milk thistle, 5-20 parts of glutinous rice flour and 10-40 parts of honey. The mixed composition includes 1.5~150 mg of curcumin intake per day.
