Abstract
PURPOSE: A method for cultivating mushrooms such as Sparassis Cripsa Wulfen Fr. and Phellinus linteus by changing the temperature during cultivation is provided. Whereby, the growth of a fruit body is achieved within a short period of time at low cost.
