Medium relevancePRODUCTION METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL CEREAL CONTAINING PHELLINUS LINTEUS MYCELIUM
Phellinus linteus
Key points
- PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing functional cereal containing Phellinus linteus mycelium by sterilizing cereal in a vessel of which interior is coated with silver to inhibit the proliferation of various bacteria, inoculating liquid mushroom spawn into rice and then culturing, thereby remarkably reducing the culturing time and improving the productivity
- CONSTITUTION: Sterilized cereal is inoculated with a liquid mushroom spawn and then cultured for a specified time
- For an example, 300g of polished rice is washed with water, agitated and sterilized for 30 to 60min at 85 to 95deg.C in a vessel of which interior is coated with silver while radiating far infrared rays
- To promote the growth of the mushroom mycelium, 4ml of nutrient medium and 1ml of liquid mushroom spawn are smeared on 300g of the polished rice and mixed about 25 times to increase the viability
- The mixture thereof was then cultured for 15 to 20 days at 25 to 30deg.C
