Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided are a patty containing mushrooms which contain a large amount of edible fibers for the burger and a manufacturing method thereof, thereby preventing adult diseases and obesity caused by the meat.

CONSTITUTION: A patty containing mushrooms for the burger is characterized by containing 50-60 wt.% of at least one of mushrooms including Pleurotus eryngii, Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.: Fr.)
